Rich gold in colour, bright and clear. Bittersweet aromas of toffee apple and apple skin with a hint of cut grass. Ripe apple dominates the palate with soft tannins giving body and a lingering crisp, dry finish. Carbonated to give a gentle fizz.
Great with burgers, fish and chips and roasted vegetables.
